Welcome to Shenanigans LLC, where creativity meets craftsmanship!

I'm Sam, the proud owner and driving force behind this venture. My journey in the world of personalized keepsakes began in the picturesque landscapes of Montana, where I honed my skills at Things Remembered. It was here that I first delved into the art of engraving, and where my love for creating meaningful, personalized items took root.

Following my time in Montana, I embarked on a new chapter at Universal Awards, a place where trophies, plaques, and awards came to life. This experience became a pivotal point in my career, refining my engraving skills, introducing me to the world of sublimation, and nurturing the passion that fuels Shenanigans today.

2019, I traded the vast landscapes of Montana for the charm of Maine, seeking new opportunities. However, a management job I held at the time left little room for the creativity that fueled my passion. It was a thoughtful gift from my mom – a Cricut – that sparked the inception of Shenanigans by Sam. With a newfound focus on creativity, Shenanigans by Sam specializes in a variety of artistic mediums, including screen printing, laser engraving, digital art, and sublimation. Each piece is crafted with care and precision, reflecting my commitment to turning your visions into tangible works of art.

The Shenanigans journey took a significant leap in August 2023 when Shenanigans LLC was officially established in Gorham as a haven for handmade wares. However, life is an ever-evolving adventure, and in November of the same year, a personal and business decision led us to close our Gorham location.

Not long after we were beyond thrilled to announce our relocation to Lewiston, where Shenanigans LLC has reopened its doors as of January 2024. This move allowed us to hone in on our niche and really bring the community something unique. We've described it as a witchy, nerdy, cottagecore gift shop. Still focused on handmade, small batch, and small business goods both from Maine and the US, we currently feature and are home to over 50 handmade small businesses. With an overwhelming acceptance and encouragement from the Lewiston/Auburn and surrounding communities we are beyond thrilled to call this our home and share the love and magic with you all.
